Positioned in our beautiful Olive-grove with a breathtaking panorama of the Tuscan hills winding away to the sea.
Apartment for 4 persons approx. 70 sq. m. with a big living room with a kitchen, dining area and sofa, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, wc and hairdryer. On the first floor an additional bedroom with two single beds. An outside covered terrace with dining area and barbecue. Parking in the parking lot.
The old farm houses with external stone walls, visible shell fossils, terracotta floors and wooden beams have been restored respecting the traditions and the surrounding landscape, offering our guests the experience of an authentic and charming Tuscan atmosphere of ancient times.
Bakery service - During high-season we offer our bakery service each morning (Monday to Saturday). Our local baker from Guardistallo offers our guests the possibilty to buy fresh bread and baked goods directly from his van.
Olive oil tasting - Weekly olive oil tastings during high season and upon request throughout the season. We offer our guests olive oil tasting of our own production of Olio Extra-Vergine di oliva con marchio DOP e I.G.P. at the VILLA, reception area, with the possibilty to buy our product. Beach access - Additionally, we offer our guests free access to�Il Gineprino�our Camping site at the beach in Marina di Bibbona. For you, as our guest at Il Gheppio, parking is free of charge. Moreover, you are entitled to free use of all facilities at Il Gineprino, such as showers, bathrooms, pool, baby pool, water aerobics, childrens games, as well as access to supermarket, bar and restaurant.
